Kody Miller

My name is Kody Miller. I am a happily married father of five! 

I have a personal passion for fitness and nutrition and love to see others become empowered by their own capabilities and strengths.

The old adage "You are what you eat" really applies this day in age. We desire to help people generate healthy, positive choice for what goes into their body. What a person consumes, really impacts not only your physical state of being but your mental health, as well.

I can honestly say my wife and I have developed a mastery that allows our relationship and marriage to flourish. Thats not to say we don't have bumps along the road, as would any normal couple, but we've embraced methods to navigate differences and perfect our communication.

 Amber and I thrive on lifting one another up and seeing the other succeed. We also strive to help others reach successful levels in their own relationships.
