Weight Loss

I had reached a point in my life where I had hit my rock bottom. I was nearly 300lbs and miserable. 

I had no self confidence. I was extremely insecure. I isolated myself from friends and even family. I avoided shopping for clothing. I was hesitant to look in the mirror or be included in pictures. 

Loneliness consumed me. 

I specialize in weight loss and overall health. Empowerment. Self-esteem. Addressing, reducing, and eliminating insecurities. 

I made choices to adopt a healthy lifestyle and take control of my life. I lost 150 lbs in less than 9 months and knew that no setback or excuse was worth giving up on myself.

Self-esteem and confidence, the ability to proudly look in a mirror and get a thrill out of shopping made its way back into my life. 

Socializing versus isolation and mentorship became common practice.
